The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from building owners or strata bodies where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
All intellectual property rights in the content of this website (including text, layout, and design) are owned by or licensed to the Company. The Company retains ownership of all designs, specifications, and documentation prepared in the course of providing Services, except to the extent that the Client has paid for such deliverables under a specific service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant service agreement. In the absence of specific termination provisions, either party may terminate by giving 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client must pay for all Services provided up to the date of termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
